We will organize the rooms and coordinate all audiovisual, food
& beverage, and entertainment needs, and take care of all the
logistics between the hotel, your guests and the vendors. Furthermore,
executives from A to Z will be there with you throughout
the event, which will reduce your stress and give you the time to
sit by the pool, talk to your coworkers and enjoy the retreat.
Show Management's Offices
We will coordinate trade show management show offices on site as
well as the war room, which should be accessible to everyone.
