Here's a recent example: one exhibitor recently brought 20 company employees to a Las Vegas trade show, most of whom stayed at the Bellagio, with the company's new president at the Las Vegas Hilton. The company's product line had not changed since the last show. Lastly, they already had the booth in place, however, not the agenda for the week.

We started by researching the company and its clientele and who was coming the convention.

During set up, since they already had their booth set up and installed, and we are living in a new age of no scissors and knives on planes, they turned to us for the tools. Next, based on that information we decided to transport everyone from the Bellagio to the Hilton, where the company personnel were able to have breakfast with the president of the company and get pumped for the day. Once they were done they walked next door to the convention center, ready for the day.

During the day, the company had someone to call upon - A to Z - to pick up the overnight FedExes that were sent for them to use during the trade show. They also had someone to call to arrange lunch at the president's suite, on an hour's notice.

At night, we arranged all their restaurant reservations, for the VIPs as well as for the entire staff, and we also arranged show tickets and accompanied them throughout the event.

After the show, A to Z came to the rescue again. The company president had forgotten a $20,000 piece of equipment in his suite. We rushed to the hotel, located the equipment after a two-hour search, and immediately FedExed it.
